Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy in Pasadena and Online
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy for adults, in person at my Pasadena office or online for clients throughout California. I’m currently accepting new clients.
You Might Be Here Because
Reaching out to a therapist is a real step, and there’s no single reason people take it. Some common ones:
- The same argument keeps happening with a partner, no matter how it starts
- A relationship feels harder to be in than it used to
- Something from years ago still affects how you respond to people now
- You want to understand a pattern in yourself instead of just managing it
- You’re going through a change and don’t want to go through it alone
If any of this sounds familiar, a consultation is a low-pressure way to start the conversation.
Individual Therapy
For anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, codependency, body image concerns, or the relationship patterns that keep showing up.
Couples Therapy
For partners navigating communication breakdowns, trust repair, family conflict.
Family Therapy
For adult family relationships affected by conflict, distance, or unresolved history. Sessions are 55 minutes.
Attachment-Based and Trauma-Informed Care
Attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) are the two frameworks my work centers on, across every service I offer.
Areas of Focus
- Relationship issues, attachment, and relational trauma
- Codependency, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and stress
I’m LGBTQ+-affirming and work with bisexual, gay, lesbian, non-binary, queer, and transgender clients, as well as clients in polyamorous and ENM relationships. I’m also sex-positive and kink-friendly, attentive to racial identity, and experienced with single parents and women’s issues.
Format
In-person sessions take place at 210 S Orange Grove Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91105. Online sessions are available to anyone located in California.
Session Length and Scheduling
Individual and family sessions are 55 minutes. The first couples session is 1 hour and 15 minutes, with 55-minute sessions after that. How often you come in is up to you. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly, whatever fits your schedule. Once you’re an established client, scheduling happens by email or before you leave each session. If you’re reaching out for the first time, Book a Consultation is the best way to get started.
What a Consultation and First Session Look Like
The process starts with a brief consultation, a chance to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions before committing to anything. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll send over intake documentation and an initial assessment for you to complete. From there, I’ll get you scheduled.
Fees
Family sessions are $250. A sliding scale is available and considered case by case, so if cost is a concern, reach out to talk about your options. I accept cash, American Express, Mastercard, Venmo, and Visa.
